Hi stanley , long time no post le , now adays if not Rappelz if not bai nian , i now adays warming up dota too cause cool down too long my arrow also abit cmi also =) i tmr going swim with my dad , and now my excercise routien upgraded , 30 squads while brush teeth -> 30 squads while put shampoo on hair -> 30 squads while waiting body dry , the others still same , i now go choing rappelz le. bye stanley , tag me hor
